Who is eligible for the Saudi Cultural Bureau dental scheme?
Saudi Arabian students who are enrolled at a recognised UK institution and registered with the Saudi Cultural Bureau in London are eligible, along with their eligible dependants. Please confirm your eligibility directly with the Bureau before booking.
Do I pay upfront or does the Bureau pay the clinic directly?
You are required to pay for your treatment at the time of your appointment. We do not bill the Saudi Cultural Bureau directly. After you have paid, we provide you with all necessary documentation — itemised receipts, treatment records and clinical notes — which you submit to the Bureau to claim reimbursement.
What documentation will I receive to submit to the Bureau?
We provide a full itemised treatment plan, a detailed receipt showing all treatments carried out and costs, and clinical records including x-rays where applicable. We can provide these in whatever format the Bureau requires.
Do I need a financial guarantee before treatment begins?
You do not need a financial guarantee in advance of treatment — you pay at the time of your appointment and then submit for reimbursement. However, we recommend checking the Cultural Bureau's current requirements as these may change.
How much does the initial consultation cost?
